Single Lot - CIG: A03FC99A1D.

The basic amount of the tender is € 92,848,307.41 net of VAT, of which € 6,166,186.84 for costs relating to the implementation of safety plans not subject to reduction.

The contract consists of a single lot since the allocation does not guarantee sufficient functional autonomy to allow the complete use of individual lots. In addition, the reliance on a single OE responds to the needs of ensuring the necessary homogeneity and effectiveness of the processes.

Labour costs were estimated at € 19,967,712.41.

The collective agreement applied is the CCNL EDILIZIA.

The validation of the project on the basis of the tender took place with note prot. n. RFI-NEMI. DOIT.MI.ING\A0011\P\2023\0010452 of 11/07/2023.

In this tender procedure we will proceed pursuant to art. 107 co. 3 of Legislative Decree. 36/2023.

Reclamation of war ordnance: category BOE B-TER. The services may be subcontracted only to companies in possession of the requirements established by Ministerial Decree no. 82 of 11 May 2015 ascertained by the competent Office of the Ministry of Defence.

*category falling entirely within the options calculated for the sole purpose of qualification.

The works to be designed fall, according to the list referred to in the Ministerial Decree of 17.6.2016, into the following categories: S.05, S.04, IB.08, IB.09.
