The Martinsried Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG (PMG) underground station as client (AG) is commissioned to plan and build the extension of the U6 subway line from Klinikum Großhadern station to Martinsried research campus with a new construction length of approximately 970 m in its own name but for the account of the municipality of Planegg.

The intention is to provide needs-based insurance for the main subway extension project (excluding parking deck) as part of a combined construction service and liability insurance. This insurance is the subject of the present proceedings - with regard to the management insurer (procurement part 1).

The preliminary contract total is EUR 136,000,000.00.

The exact object of service results from the entire procurement documents, in particular the sample contract/the sample policy — award document E.00 together with attachments and the documents relating to the project - award document F in bundle lot (zip).

The participating insurer (s) for insurance is selected in an open procedure directly following the procedure at hand.
