The purpose of this contract is to continue and expand the development of the Walloon network of carpooling car parks on existing private or public car parks. It consists in providing the contracting authority with all the assistance needed to meet this objective, namely mainly the following tasks:

- the monitoring of existing conventions and the coordination of the actors concerned,

- Prospecting with potential partners,

- advice and technical support,

- drawing up draft conventions,

- the establishment of signaling plans and descriptive sheets,

- supply and delivery of signage,

- the technical monitoring and the control of good execution.
