Laborijn needs new housing in the form of new construction and is looking for a construction team contractor who:

1. Participates in the construction team and comes up with ideas, proposals, suggestions and advice that contribute to a well-made and well-maintained design that fits within (budget) frameworks (for this, the contractor and the Contracting Authority conclude a construction team agreement)

2. Takes care of the realization of the new building (architectural and installation technical realization) and the maintenance of the new building for a period of 10 years after commissioning (after successful completion of the design phase, the contractor and the Contracting Authority conclude a separate realization / maintenance agreement for this).

The construction costs for the new building (excluding land) have been estimated at a minimum of 7 million euros (excluding VAT) and a maximum of 10 million euros (excluding VAT). Candidates cannot derive any rights from these figures in any way. The figures are indicative.
