21051 — outsourcing of multi-service logistics services for the benefit of SIAé and supported sites

This contract concerns the outsourcing of multi-service logistics services for the benefit of SIAé and supported sites:

The aeronautical industrial workshops of Ambérieu, Brittany, Clermont-Ferrand and Cuers-Pierrefeu carry out maintenance and manufacturing services on behalf of DMAé or private companies on their sites or closer to users. These AIAs are establishments of the industrial service of aeronautics.

The expected logistical services will be carried out on the sites of:

— Ambérieu for AIA AB (550 SIAé staff on a site);

— Lann-Bihoué, Lanvéoc and Landivisiau for AIA BR (800 SIAé staff at three sites);

— Clermont-Ferrand, its branches in Toul and Phalsbourg, and Orléans and Évreux for AIA CF (1,400 staff SiAé on one site, two antennas and two ticket offices);

— Cuers-Pierrefeu and Hyères antenna for AIA CP (1,200 SiAé personnel on a site and an antenna).

The purpose of this contract is to ensure the logistics services outsourced by the AIAs concerned. These are essentially standard activities of store-management of inventory, receipts and deliveries, packaging, transport, inventory-census, ticket offices. Tasks more specific to AIA jobs can also be ordered (building kits, filling Kanban cabinets, etc.).

These services apply to stored or unstored items, whether they are aeronautical equipment (elements, subassemblies, modules, spare parts, incoming equipment for repair, return of subcontracting, containers), simple industrial equipment (tools, ECME, consumables) or standard supplies (office items, furniture) as well as any type of documents (materialized or dematerialized).

Physical actions (movements, controls, packaging, inventories) are systematically recorded in the information systems of the sites concerned by this contract.
