Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate inhabited by the Dubiecko commune in 2020.
2. The subject of the contract is the systematic collection and utilization (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from the real estate located in the Dubiecko commune, indicated in the order description, where the residents reside, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.
3. Delivery of inhabited bags for the selective collection of municipal waste as part of the price offered.
4. In the Dubiecko commune, a mixed container-bag system for municipal waste collection will apply.
5. General characteristics of the Dubiecko commune in the field of municipal waste collection and management. The scope of the contract applies to all inhabited real estate from the area of the Dubiecko commune, single and multi-family buildings, i.e. from the area of 17 village units: Bachórzec, Drohobyczka, Dubiecko, Hucisko Nienadowskie, Iskań, Kosztowa, Łączki, Nienadowa, Piątkowa, Przedmieście Dubieckie, Sielnica, Słonne, Śliwnica, Tarnawka, Winne – Podbukowina, Wybrzeże, Załazek. The commune is characterized by dispersed buildings. Municipal waste from real estate to which municipal roads lead will be collected by cars with a total weight not exceeding 6 tons. There are 2,383 households in the Dubiecko commune, with 9,493 inhabitants registered (according to data from the Civil Registry Office in Dubiecko, as of December 31, 2018). The submitted declarations (as of October 7, 2019) show that there are 7 137 inhabitants. Approximately 97% of people currently declare waste segregation, and 3% return mixed waste - unsorted. In the Dubiecko commune, mixed municipal waste (waste code 20 03 01) will be collected in metal or PVC containers, or in black plastic bags. The collection of mixed municipal waste by the Contractor shall take place once a month. Selective collection of municipal waste will take place in a container-sack system. The collection of separately collected waste will take place once a month.

6. In 2020, approximately 1,100 Mg of municipal waste is expected to be collected in the Dubiecko commune. This is an estimate.
7. Biodegradable waste was mostly utilized by the inhabitants of the Dubiecko commune (composters). An additional sack (brown) has been introduced since 2018 to give residents the opportunity to choose (composter or sack). In 2019, 35 people submitted a declaration for the collection of biodegradable waste (some of them only once). The contractor will provide the value in the report for the second half of 2019. At present, the contracting authority does not have information on the mass of biodegradable waste.
