Framework agreement for flushing and TV inspection of sewer lines in Viborg and Silkeborg Municipalities for Energy Viborg Vand A / S and Silkeborg Spildevand A / S. The framework agreement concerns tasks related to renewal planning, new plant and operation.

The main services related to the assignment are the following:

- Flushing mains,

- Connecting wiring,

- TV inspection of mains,

- TV inspection of connectors and connectors on connectors,

- Well and construction inspection,

- Reporting of the above services.

The stipulated services associated with the assignment are as follows:

- Maintenance measures (root cutting, milling & cutting).

Framework agreement flushing and TV inspection includes flushing and TV inspection in connection with planning tasks, operational tasks, renewal projects and new facilities in Silkeborg and Viborg Municipalities.

As this is a joint public tender between Energi Viborg Vand A / S and Silkeborg Wastewater A / S, a total offer must be submitted and one winner will be found. Subsequently, the winner enters into a framework agreement with Silkeborg Spildevand A / S on delivery of the services in Silkeborg Municipality and a framework agreement with Energi Viborg Vand A / S on delivery of the services in Viborg municipality.

The framework agreement gives the contractor the right, but not the obligation, to order the services of the contractor that the framework agreement includes on these terms during the term of the framework agreement. It is thus not an exclusive framework agreement.

When the contractor uses the framework agreement, larger tasks are assigned when entering into an ATR form, while smaller tasks are assigned as described in the Work description section 1.4.1 - Ordering of smaller tasks.
