Knowledge of the role of the Storting [the Norwegian Parliament] in democracy and understanding of the work carried out in the Storting is an important basis for engaging the population politically and for democratic participation. Therefore, in the field of communication, the Storting works with guided tours, exhibitions, open public events, learning games and digital communication, among other things, that provide an understanding of democracy and knowledge of Norwegian democracy.

The Storting needs to produce documentary films and animated films as part of its communication work. The video reports and films will form an integral part of the Storting's overall communication to a broad general audience and to various target groups, including children, young people and adult speakers of minority languages.

A parallel framework agreement will be signed for the production of video reports as as well as a parallel framework agreement for the production of animated films.
