Open procedure for the supply on site and the annual service of ordinary maintenance and emergency intervention on failure of n ° 12 telescopic piers and pitch systems serving the Boarding Area "B" at the Leonardo da Vinci Airport of Fiumicino (Rome) - CIG 9187241F19
Mixed contract for supply and installation (main service) and services (secondary service).
The contract has as its object the supply in place and the annual service of ordinary maintenance and emergency intervention on failure of No. 12 telescopic piers and pitch systems serving the Boarding Area "B" at the Leonardo da Vinci Airport of Fiumicino (Rome).
The total amount of the contract is € 10,706,844.54 (excluding VAT) of which:
a) € 10,000,284.94 as a "body" amount, based on auction, for the supply of 12 telescopic piers and related accessory pitch systems, of which labor costs pursuant to art. 23 c. 16 of the Code of Public Contracts equal to €. 619.619,10;
b) € 200,559.60 as a "body" amount, not subject to a reduction, for security charges related to the activities referred to in letter a);
c) €. 360,000.00 as a "body" amount, based on auction, for ordinary maintenance (H18 – 7/7 days for emergency intervention on failure), of which labor costs pursuant to art. 23 c. 16 of the Code of Public Contracts equal to €. 284.000,00;
d) €. 81,000.00 as a "tailor-made" amount, based on auction, for scheduled maintenance, of which labor costs pursuant to art. 23 c. 16 of the Code of Public Contracts equal to €. 64.000,00;
(e) €. 60,000.00 as a maximum amount "tailor-made" for the materials available for the garrison team for emergency response activities;
f) €. 5,000.00 as a "body" amount, not subject to reduction, for security charges related to the activities referred to in letters c) and d).
It should be noted that this contract cannot be divided into lots due to its technical peculiarity that requires a unitary execution, given the very close technical-operational interconnection between the boarding piers and the related accessory pitch systems; this guarantees, among other things, the best safety conditions in installation activities.
The estimated amounts referred to in points II.1.5 and II.2.6 and the duration indicated in point II.2.7 below refer to the possible full use of both options referred to in point II.2.11 below.
For the duration of the main performance, please refer to the schedule attached in the race while for the duration of the secondary performance please refer to Article 4. Letter A) of the Special Tender Specifications.
