The infrastructure manager shall perform all tasks relating to management, capacity allocation, traffic management, operation and maintenance (including cleaning of platforms and buildings) as well as administration of the infrastructure, including any facilities that may be added during the management period.

The tender offered concerns the performance of the task as infrastructure manager, which includes the operation of the infrastructure owner's infrastructure with regulatory and security systems, as well as the allocation of infrastructure capacity, cf. January 2017 on safety approval and safety certificate in the railway area with accompanying annexes. (as well as Executive Order 13 of 4.1.2007 on Security Authorization for Infrastructure Managers, as far as relevant).
