1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "Provision of transport and transport services for students to and from educational institutions from the Bobolice commune". A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the SWZ: Chapter B "Description of the subject of the contract". The subject of the contract consists of 3 tasks. All provisions of the SWZ and attachments concerning the subject of the contract should be considered together – together with all attached documents (comprehensively).

Provision of a transport service consisting in the transport and drop-off of disabled students living in the Bobolice Commune to and from an educational institution, i.e. the Rehabilitation and Education Center in Bobolice, run by the Association for Excluded People and People at Risk of Social Exclusion "Common World" along with the provision of care during the implementation of the task.

Provision of services in the field of transport and transport of disabled students from the Bobolice Commune to and from educational institutions in the City of Koszalin along with the provision of care during the implementation of the task.

Provision of services in the field of transport and drop-off of pupils and children to and from the collection points/bus stop nearest to their place of residence, indicated by the Contracting Authority to and from the indicated educational institutions for which the Bobolice Municipality is the managing body.
