Molde is being proactive in its aim of being 30 000 inhabitants through a focus on, amongst other things, town centre development. Molde town shall, thus, get a new gathering and recreation area along the sea front in the town centre. This includes an expansion of the quay width and an upgrade of the standard of the quay area's surfaces.
