1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete Design Documentation together with the author's supervision for the task: "Area Revitalization of the Center of Łódź - Project 5. Development of design documentation for the development of the Pasaż im. L. Schiller in Lodz. " Revaluation of public space is planned. L. Schiller by raising the value of the system through the introduction of new elements of land development. Maintaining some of the existing functions of public space while raising utility standards with particular emphasis on historical fabric, and introducing new functions. Creating harmoniously connecting zones of the Schiller Passage: the western part - connector of the Schiller Passage with ul. Piotrkowska; the central part - the city square with a large fountain and the eastern part - the trees leading to the park Henryk Sienkiewicz. The Schiller Passage should have the character of a recreational and service urban passage, expanded due to the liquidation of parking spaces in front of the building of the City of Lodz Office, to create a multi-functional city square that can host outdoor events.

The order consists of Task 1 and Task 2. Task 1 (Task No. 1 according to PFU) - involves the development of design documentation for the development of the area along with the necessary technical infrastructure and demolition in the area of Leon Schiller Avenue. The avenue will be developed in the form of publicly available public space with separate recreation and representation zones with a large share of greenery. The scope of necessary design work includes the design of the installation of the mist and sprinkler fountain at Piotrkowska Street, the new location of the Leon Schiller monument, the small architecture in the form of individually designed benches with complementary greenery, the system of sprinkler fountains, the city square with the multimedia mist and sprinkler fountain, reclamation of the existing green, new supplementary plantings, a row referring to the main historical alley in the historic park of Henryk Sienkiewicz.

The implementation of Tasks 1 and 2 will be conducted on the basis of PFU.

The boundaries of the scope of development of individual tasks have been marked on the drawing being part of PFU and they mark the boundaries of plots with registration numbers:

- Task 1 - includes plots with registration numbers 235/26, 235/27, 236/10 (part of the plot with an area of 47.77m2), 247/10 (part of the plot with an area of 3982.00m2), area S-6,

- Task 2 - includes plots with registration numbers 247/8, 247/9, 248/4, 251/1 (part of the plot with an area of 113.30m2) precinct S-6 - The Employer reserves the right to order Task 2 under the option right.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to the ToR and in the Functional Program (PFU) and its annexes constituting the attachment to the OPZ.

3. The Awarding Entity does not anticipate submitting partial bids.

4. The subject of the order is divided into the stages described below

- STAGE I: Implementation of the Concept separately for Task 1 and Task 2 (in the case of the Employer exercising the option right under Task 2)

- STAGE II: Completion of the Design / Construction Projects with all necessary administrative decisions, submission of the application

For building permit / notification of the intention to carry out construction works and obtaining the final decision separately for Task 1 and Task 2 (in the case of the Employer exercising the option right under Task 2)

- STAGE III: Execution of the Project / Executive Projects separately for Task 1 and Task 2 (in the case of the Employer exercising the option right under Task 2)

- STAGE IV: Performing author's supervision during the implementation of the Investment for Task 1 and Task 2 (in the case of the Employer exercising the option right under Task 2.
