The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a service provider who prints the KAS magazine "Die Politische Meinung", which is published six times a year, as well as its special editions, which are published no more than twice a year, and sends them to delivery addresses both in Germany and worldwide. In addition, the service provider takes over the subscription and fee management as well as the processing of the necessary correspondence and payment transactions.

The order volume for the provision of the service (1) printing of regular issues and special expenses, (2) shipping and storage, (3) subscription administration, (4) processing of authors' fees and (5) billing and statistics amounted to 117,000 euros p.a. in the past four years.

It is again intended to conclude a framework agreement for a period of four years.
