The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 13,000,000 (in words: thirteen million zlotys), intended for: a) financing the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 9,963,636.36 (in words: nine million nine hundred sixty three thousand six hundred thirty six zlotys 36/100), b) for repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to the issue of securities and loans taken out in the amount of PLN 3,036,363.64 (in words: three million thirty-six thousand three hundred sixty-three zlotys 64/100).
