The contest concerns the delivery of Canteen operation service for Medietilsynet (the Norwegian Media Authority).

The annual value of the contract is approx. NOK 600,000 excluding VAT per year. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

The Norwegian Media Authority has 35 employees. Due to partial use of home office, there are an average of 18-20 people present in the office daily, except for one day a week, when almost everyone is present. The opening hrs for the canteen are from 11:00 to 12:30 daily. The canteen closes in the holiday period (normally six weeks during the summer period, Christmas / New Year and Easter + other holidays).

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2023-06-01 until and including 2025-05-31, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 1 year after this.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
