The subject of the contract is the supply of accommodation equipment - office furniture made of veneered board, metal furniture equipment and safes for storing weapons - for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts (packages), and includes: 1) delivery of office furniture made of veneered board (package 1), 2) delivery of metal furniture equipment (package 2), 3) delivery of safes (package 3). 2. The detailed scope and subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 to the SWZ (assortment and price forms for packages: 1, 2 and 3), on the attached illustrative drawings (applies to package No. 1 – applies to selected items of Annex 1.1 to the SWZ) and in the model contracts – constituting Annexes 6 to the SWZ (model contract for package No. 1 and 2) and No. 7 to the SWZ (model contract for package No. 3). The Ordering Party requires acceptance of the model contract in its entirety. The assortment offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements and parameters of the Ordering Party specified in the procurement documents.
