The purpose of the contracts is the collection and transport of household waste. These are single-awarding framework agreements for services, concluded according to a tendering procedure (Articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2 of the CCP). The reference CCLS is the CCAG/Fcs. Each contract is processed at fixed prices and unit prices and will be executed by purchase orders. Each contract is concluded for a period of 6 years firm from the effective start of the services, on January 1, 2024, (subject to its prior notification on that date), to end on December 31, 2029. As an indication and not contractual, the contract will be notified during the first half of November 2023
