The city of Hamm (client) is inviting tenders for the framework agreement for the social care of refugees in the emergency shelter Alfred-Fischer-Halle of the city of Hamm throughout Europe.
The emergency shelter Alfred-Fischer-Halle is designed and furnished for an occupancy of 550 residents.
The scope of services includes in particular:
- Personal presence, usually with at least two people
- Ensuring the flow of information between the client and the personnel deployed
- Counselling and support for newly arrived accommodated persons, taking into account the refugees' lack of German language skills.
- Informing refugees about legal requirements and the planned course of the immigration and residence procedure
- Advising refugees on options under benefit law as well as application and procedural channels for the receipt of social benefits in accordance with the Social Security Codes I - XII (SGB I - XII) and the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act (AsylbLG)
