The present tender conditions apply to tenders for total consultancy on the realisation of the Master Plan for Bo42 Department Svaneke's buildings, which are divided into 10 building sections in and around Svaneke on Bornholm. The total number of homes is changed from 83 to 79 homes, including renovation of structures and installations, amalgamation of apartments and the establishment of accessibility housing in the Master Plan. The task is detailed projected with a view to tendering the work of the main contract.

The project relates to public housing and is being carried out with public support. The task shall be subject to the legislation applicable for such matters, with associated circulars and guides.

The consultancy mainly includes the following services: Design up to tender project and subsequent execution project, resident involvement (including plan for rehousing), working environment coordination (P), ICT management, pro-jektop follow-up, professional supervision and construction management.
