The Department of Transport of the City of Helsinki (HKL) is bidding for the acquisition of tramway gear control systems. The acquisition is subject to five (5) gear control systems in two supply batches as follows:
Delivery item 1 llmala connection:
- two (2) gear control systems
Delivery lot 2 (Runeberginkatu-Ruusulankatu)
- three (3) gear control systems
The acquisition also includes the following option:
- Rosina-Heikelinpark: one (1) gear control system

- two (2) gear control systems
- the delivery batch must be delivered, installed and ready for the test period for the deployment liner by 1 August 2022.
Delivery lot 2 (Runeberginkatu-Ruusulankatu)
- three (3) gear control systems
- the supply batch must be delivered, installed and ready for the test period for the commissioning liner by 10 August 2022.
The acquisition also includes the following option on the use of which HKL will make a decision no later than 30 June 2022:
- Rosina-Heikelinpark: one (1) gear control system
Gear control systems as procurement installed and deployed as a working entity to the extent indicated by the procurement documents.
