Services: Meeting rooms, accommodation, catering and other services SommerCampus

Conference venue / service:

Participants of the Summer Academy travel from all over Germany, so that the conference house must be centrally located in Germany in the geographical quadrilateral between the cities of Hamburg and Munich as the respective boundary on latitude and between the cities of Dresden and Düsseldorf as the respective boundary on longitude.

Overnight stay:

A total of at least 150 overnight accommodations (including extra bed options for children, see below) are required, of which at least 30 are single rooms, at least 2 barrier-free single rooms, 50 double or multi-bed rooms and 6 double or multi-bed rooms with extra bed options or cots that are to be delivered.

Catering:

The catering during the Summer Academy for at least 150 people should include five meals (breakfast, morning coffee consisting only of drinks, lunch, afternoon coffee with fruit and cake and dinner) as a complete offer.

Equipment of the rooms and technology:

The event is to be supervised by a media technician (during the event period in the time window 8:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on two days until 9 p.m.; the respective program with the event times will be sent 3 weeks in advance).
