Description:
Waste collection and management services divided into 2 tasks.

1. The subject of the order is:

Task

Part 1

1. Collection and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party with the code 19 12 12 fraction above 80 mm – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, in the recovery process as a component of alternative fuel. Waste code 19 12 12 is prepared in the form of bales or in bulk.

Part 2

1. Collection and for

management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Contracting Authority with the code 19 12 12 (bulky waste) – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, in the recovery process as a component of alternative fuel. Waste with code 19 12 12 (bulky waste) prepared is in the form of "bulk" (not baled, not ground).

Task II

1. Collection and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Contracting entity with the code 19 05 03 (fraction 0-20 mm) – compost not meeting the requirements (ni

Task 1 - Collection and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party with the code 19 12 12 fraction above 80 mm

1. Collection and management of waste received by the Contractor from the Ordering Party with code 19 12 12 fraction over 80 mm – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, in the recovery process as a component of alternative fuel. Waste code 19 12 12 is prepared in bales or in bulk.

2. The place of receipt of waste intended for transport and management is the area of the Municipal Installation, located in the Waste Segregation and Management Plant

in Wałbrzych, 43 Beethovena Street.

3. Collection of waste in vehicles adapted for this purpose shall take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at its expense. The selection of the type of transport unit for a given waste batch will be determined each time by e-mail by the representative of the Ordering Party

and a representative of the Contractor.

4. The Contractor undertakes to comply with the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility

and alternative fuels, including to ensure a combined share of at least 10% of electric vehicles or natural gas vehicles in the motor vehicle fleet

within the meaning of Article 2(33) of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law used in the performance of the task, in accordance with Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility

and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 110, as amended), taking into account possible changes to this provision, consisting in changing the required share.

5. The Contractor is obliged to collect approx. 50 Mg of waste on all working days, from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 14:00 every day.

6. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on a legalized scale of the Ordering Party located on the premises of the Waste Segregation and Management Plant,

in Wałbrzych, at 43 Beethovena Street. The collected waste will be weighed on a legalized truck scale, with an accuracy of 20 kg. To determine the weight of the waste collected, the Contractor's vehicle must be weighed before loading. The above weight will be binding for settlements between the parties.

7. Weighing shall be confirmed at each time by weight.

8. The receipt of waste will take place on the basis of confirmed KPO in the BDO system for the month in which the service was performed, which is the sum of the masses indicated in weight flourishes for the month in which the service was performed.

9. Loading waste on vehicles substituted by the Contractor is the responsibility of the Ordering Party.

10. The estimated amount of waste with code 19 12 12 to be collected shall be:

- Approx. 6,000 Mg during the term of the contract

- Approx. 50 mg/day

11. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of waste. The amount of waste may be reduced by no more than 20% or increased, according to the needs of the Ordering Party. A change in the amount of waste results in a change in the final remuneration of the Contractor. Failure to perform the entire scope of the contract may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Contracting Entity.

12. Collection will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, also

in terms of transport costs, insurance for the time of transport and unloading.

13. The Contractor and the waste transporter indicated by him and the recipient of this waste must be entered in the BDO (Waste Database) as part of their business. Unanimously

in accordance with the applicable regulations, the Ordering Party issues a KPO (Waste Transfer Card) via BDO according to the data concerning the Waste Transporter and The Recipient, indicated by the Contractor on the occasion of sending an e-mail notification of receipt of each batch of waste.

14. Each batch of waste for collection shall be reported by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor by phone or e-mail no later than on the day preceding the collection, specifying: the hours of readiness for waste collection, the number of transports, as well as the form of waste preparation (...).

Failure to perform the entire scope of the contract may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Contracting Entity.

in terms of transport costs, insurance for the time of transport and unloading.

Task II Collection and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Contracting Authority with the code 19 05 03 (fraction 0-20 mm)

1. Collection and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Contracting entity with the code 19 05 03 (fraction 0-20 mm) – compost not meeting the requirements (unusable). Waste arising from the sieving of stabilisate by a drum screen with a mesh of 20 mm – in D13. Waste with code 19 05 03 prepared is in the form of "bulk".

2. The place of receipt of waste intended for transport and disposal is the area of the Municipal Installation, located in the Waste Segregation and Management Plant

in Wałbrzych, 43 Beethovena Street, and the area of the Landfill at Beethovena Street in Wałbrzych.

3. The Contractor undertakes to comply with the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility

and alternative fuels, including to ensure a combined share of at least 10% of electric vehicles or natural gas vehicles in the motor vehicle fleet

within the meaning of Article 2(33) of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law used in the performance of the task, in accordance with Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility

10. The estimated amount of waste with code 19 05 03 to be received shall be 5700 Mg:

(a) from the area of the Municipal Installation:

- Approx. 4 500 Mg during the term of the contract

- Approx. 200.00 Mg/week

b) from the area of the Landfill:

- Approx. 1,200 Mg during the duration of the contract

- Approx. 50 Mg/week

11. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of waste. The amount of waste may be reduced by no more than 20% or increased, according to the needs of the Ordering Party. A change in the amount of waste results in a change in the final remuneration of the Contractor. Failure to perform the entire scope of the contract may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Contracting Entity.

12. Collection will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, also

in terms of transport costs, insurance for the time of transport and unloading.

13. The Contractor and the waste transporter indicated by him and the recipient of this waste must be entered in the BDO (Waste Database) as part of their business. Unanimously
