The acquisition is subject to the purchase of laundry services for the Helsinki Parish Group; 20 parishes, 6 cemeteries, 6 camp centres and Mustasaari Action Centre in accordance with this call for tender and its annexes.
The unbound estimated volume of the acquisition is approximately EUR 150.000 (0% VAT).
The number of users of the service may vary during the contract period depending on the activity and change of locations. The changes may be affected by summer time activities, renovations, termination of operations, etc. Due to the changes, deliveries should be allowed to be suspended for an agreed period or withdrawn completely without reimbursement. All changes are negotiated and agreed with the subscriber individually on a case-by-case basis.
The subscriber is not obligated to purchase the services. The supplier has no exclusive distribution rights.
Parallel or alternative offers are not allowed.

- Korpipeace (Siuntio), Lohiranta (Lohja), Kellokoski Jubilee House (Tuusula) and Porkkala Camp Centre (Kirkkonummi), which is only used during the summer period (1 May to 31 October)
- Island sites Lekholma and Kivisaari only in use during the summer period (1.5-31.10.)
Mustasaari Action Center
The competition involves the acquisition of one (1) supplier of washing and dry cleaning services in the above destinations, whose services include; Parish House, Youth House, Snellu, Ore Shipping Company (Waste&Feast), Matthew Shipping Company (Waste&Feast), Hermann's Shipping Company laundry of special deaconies, parishes, camp centres, Mustasaari Action Centre and cemeteries. The laundry includes mainly operating textiles (tablecloths, tablets, cabinettes, kitchen towels), curtains, albos and accessories (shirts, costumes, etc.), textile and curamats, as well as sheets, pillow and towel linens, thin blankets, patches, pillows and bedspreads.
