The purpose of the procurement is to organise a fitness renovation course for the personnel of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom (hereinafter referred to as Traficom). The aim of the fitness renovation course is to maintain the personnel's work ability and prevent symptoms that impair their work ability, as well as to promote and motivate them to lead a healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly and to promote well-being. A fitness renovation encourages and guides employees to take responsibility for their own well-being. The participant's state of health is assessed, for example, by fitness tests and fitness instructions are drawn up for him based on the results of the tests.

According to Kela's criteria, the rehabilitation course activities are early-stage rehabilitation, the aim of which is to prevent the onset of symptoms that impair work ability and focuses on early support for the client's physical condition, well-being at work and mental well-being by means of rehabilitation.
