The service covers, in summary, the following activities.
• The execution of the main service consisting in the service of Handling, Collection, Loading, Transport and Disposal and / or Recovery of palabile biological sewage sludge and other palatable waste produced by purification plants (garbage - screening - waste water desanding waste, oils and greases, waste from sewage system) with particular reference to the following categories:
- Sludge produced by urban waste water treatment EER 19.08.05;
- Screening residues EER 19.08.01;
- Waste from desanding EER 19.08.02;
- Mixtures of oils and fats produced by oil/water separation, containing only edible oils and fats EER 19.08.09;
- Wastewater waste EER 20.03.06.
• The secondary service consisting in the lease of n. 10 (ten) roll-off containers with cover and / or waterproof mobile tarpaulins for sludge accumulation, in the plants indicated in the specification.
The service covered by the Framework Agreement concerns, in summary, the following activities.
• The execution of the main service consisting in the service of Handling, Collection, Loading, Transport and Disposal and / or Recovery of palatable biological sewage sludge coming from the dewatering sections of purification plants (centrifuges, mechanical belt presses, drying beds, etc. ..), other palatable waste produced by purification plants (garbage – screening – waste water desanding wastewater, oils and greases, waste from sewage system) with particular reference to the following categories:
- Sludge produced by urban waste water treatment EER 19.08.05;
- Screening residues EER 19.08.01;
- Waste from desanding EER 19.08.02;
- Mixtures of oils and fats produced by oil/water separation, containing only edible oils and fats EER 19.08.09;
- Wastewater waste EER 20.03.06.
• The secondary service consisting in the lease of n. 10 (ten) waterproof roll-off containers with lid and / or waterproof mobile tarpaulins for the accumulation of dewatered sludge, garbage - screen and sand at the purification plants indicated in the Special Tender Specifications and in the tender regulations.
• The handling inside the plants of the roll-off bins to be placed under the conveyor belts / augers, etc. .., the rental of the special means necessary for the collection, handling and removal of bulk waste placed on the drying beds, considering the maximum length of the beds equal to 30 meters.
The collection of waste from both beds and removable and non-removable bins, transport and disposal / recovery to the final recipient, which must be carried out within 24 hours from the time of the call and in any case during working hours.
The quantities of waste produced "presumed" to be recovered and / or disposed of over 3 years (36 months) divided by EER code is equal to:
- EER 19.08.05, palatable sludge, equal to about 9,000,000 Kg;
- EER 19.08.09, mixtures of fats and oils, equal to about 30,000 Kg;
- EER 19.08.01, screening residues, equal to about 150,000 Kg;
- EER 19.08.02, waste from desanding, equal to about 600,000 Kg;
- EER 20.03.06, wastewater waste, amounting to about 150,000 Kg.
