The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service including elements of electricity supply and distribution in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024 for the needs of the facilities of the National Marine Fisheries Research Institute located:

(a) Maritime Fisheries Institute — Kołłątaja 1 State Research Institute, 81-332 Gdynia;

(b) Gdynia Aquarium MIR-PIB al. John Paul II 1, 81-345 Gdynia,

2. As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to supply electricity and provide electricity transmission services. The execution of the order should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10.04.1997. The Energy Law (i.e. - Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and implementing acts thereof.
