The current status of work is based on 5 full storeys with a maximum floor height of 5 m, followed by a recessed staggered storey and a high point of the building as an accent. This results in a building height of max. 30.0 m to the upper edge of the attic and max. 37.0 m for the high point of the building.
The area of the BDC will comprise approx. 15,000 m2 of gross floor area and 10,000 m2 of which will be usable area.
The plot intended for construction has an area of approximately 16,000 m2 and is adjacent to public transport space.
The contents of this tender are services for subsoil investigations for the new building of the BDC.
The client reserves the right to commission individual stages together.
An unconditional legal claim to commissioning the further services does not exist.
