The object of this contract is the performance of the rental, washing, maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment, hereinafter “PPE”) with High Visibility and the washing service, maintenance and reconditioning of all other work clothes supplied to the staff of the Contracting Station

The object of this contract is the performance of the rental, washing, maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment, hereinafter “PPE”) with High Visibility and the washing service, maintenance and reconditioning of all other work clothes supplied to the staff of the Contracting Station.

The contract also includes the purchase by the supplier of the PPE equipment referred to in ANNEX A — High Visibility Inventory. The purchased PPE must be collected and stored at the care and expense of the successful bidder. The candidate's offer cannot be lower than the price indicated in the document Economic Offer Scheme established at €97,404.7.

This price was calculated taking into account the year of purchase of the material, a 5-year real depreciation rate attenuated by the residual value of the garment due to its non-use. Payment will be made in the manner defined in Article 4 invoicing

As regards, however, the clothing already in use by the employees, the same will be subject to subsequent evaluation with the successful tenderer on the basis of the logic indicated above and what is proposed in the report technique referred to in Article 16 of the Tender Regulations.
