The consultation focuses on the rehabilitation and extension of the Jules Ferry elementary school and its former housing and the rehabilitation of the Sablons nursery school, part of a Hqe certification process.

The site concerned is located at 101 Avenue Charles de Gaulle, in Montmorency.

The Transaction subject to this consultation includes:

- the rehabilitation of Jules Ferry elementary school and nursery school in Les Sablons;

- the rehabilitation of the old housing building;

- Extension of the former housing building and the Jules Ferry Elementary School.

the start of the project management mission is scheduled for the end of March - beginning of April 2022.

The delivery of the work subject to the work operation is expected in mid-August 2025.

The estimated overall duration of execution of the project management contract, including the mission elements carried out during the year of perfect completion and any subsequent complementary missions, is estimated at 56 months.

This consultation is an open call for tenders, issued according to the provisions provided for in articles R2161-2 to 5 of the public procurement code.

This call for tenders aims to entrust a team of designers with a public project management contract for the rehabilitation and extension of Jules Ferry elementary school and Les Sablons nursery school.

A visit to the premises is mandatory. Candidates should make an appointment with Mrs. DOUCET at the following address: cdoucet@ville-montmorency.fr. The visits will take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, between November 30, 2021 and December 21, 2021. Visits will no longer be possible after this date.

Candidates will take care to have the attached certificate signed in the consultation file by the City officer in charge of the visit.
