Aspire Housing have awarded a preferred supplier this contract to provide Internal Audit Services.

Aspire Housing have tendered the provision of internal audit services for the Group.

The chosen service provider meets the requirements set out by the Housing Corporation's circular R2-07/07 —Internal Controls Assurance and Good Practice Note 15 — Demonstrating Internal Controls Assurance in Housing Associations. They will conduct their work in accordance with the professional standards set out by the Institute of Internal Auditors, and abide by its Code of Ethics.

The contract will be for a 3 year term commencing 1.4.2017, subject to a satisfactory performance review after completion of the 1st year programme.

Aspire will have the right to give 21 days notice in writing of termination to the other party in the event of unsatisfactory performance or breach of terms of engagement.
