1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from the owners of real estate inhabited in the Municipality of Cekcyn. 2. The order also covers the collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from the owners of real estate inhabited in the Municipality of Cekcyn. 2. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of collecting and managing municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract from inhabited real estate located in the Municipality of Cekcyn, from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Cekcyna, from the pharmacy and public utility buildings, in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended). 3. There is a "Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point" in the municipality, which accepts municipal waste from the inhabitants of the Cekcyn commune in accordance with the "Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Cekcyn". The selective waste collection point will provide waste collection services from Monday to Friday and on Saturday. The service of the point is provided by the Ordering Party. 4. The entity receiving mixed municipal waste, green waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste intended for storage will be obliged to manage them (collection, transport, recovery or disposal). 5. In the case of separately collected municipal waste, as part of waste management, it is obliged to transfer it to a recovery and disposal facility, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Section II, Chapter 2 (Hierarchy of waste management methods) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended). 6. In the area of multi-family and single-family buildings, a container-bag system of municipal waste collection will apply: 1) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers with capacities of 110l (120l), 240l, 1100l. 2) separately collected municipal waste will be collected in bags. 7. In single-family and multi-family buildings – the frequency of export by the Contractor of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste: a) in the period from 1 April to 31 October from multi-apartment buildings and at least once a month from single-family residential buildings, b) in the period from 1 November to 31 March – at least once every two weeks from multi-apartment buildings and at least once a month from single-family residential buildings. 9. b) Separately collected municipal waste Selective collection of municipal waste in the building area of buildings will take place in bags. Frequency of collection of this waste by the Contractor: - bag yellow - 1 time per month from inhabited properties - bag green - 1 time every two months from inhabited properties - bag color blue - 1 time per month from inhabited properties - bag color brown a) in the period from April 1 to multi-apartment buildings and single-family residential buildings, b) in the period from November 1 to March 31 - at least once a month from multi-apartment buildings and from single-family residential buildings. - Container color black – 1 time per month from inhabited and uninhabited properties in the period January – April and October – December.
