The target of the procurement is consulting services related to the Innovation Broker service package, the aim of which is to support customers in the planning and preparation of innovative procurement.

Innovation Broker's services include, for example, digital sparring, support for the selection of the procurement procedure, support for market dialogue, market analysis/matchmaking of needs and innovations, mapping of funding opportunities, clarification of goals and support for drafting requirement specifications.

The framework agreement is divided into three sections as follows:

1) Digihankinnat

2) Procurement in the social and health care sector

3) Real estate and construction procurements

As a result of the acquisition, a framework agreement will be established. Two (2) suppliers will be selected for each area of the framework agreement. The functioning of the framework agreement is described in the draft contract annexed to the invitation to tender.

The same vendor can be selected as a vendor for one or more areas. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1. Description of the object of acquisition.

Part 1 of the framework agreement will be used to procure expertise and services for clients selected for the Innovation Broker, whose procurement concerns digitalisation-related procurement. Expert services are related to the planning and preparation of competitive tendering.

The assignments targeted by the service are fixed-price projects of approximately EUR 10,000-15,000. The target of a client's digital acquisition selected for the Innovation Broker may be, for example, a platform solution, an IT system, an application or a program, or other practical implementation related to the development of IT infrastructure.

Part 2 of the framework agreement will be used to procure expertise and services for clients selected for the Innovation Broker, whose procurement concerns procurement related to the social and health care sector. Expert services are related to the planning and preparation of competitive tendering.

The assignments targeted by the service are fixed-price projects of approximately EUR 10,000-15,000.

Part 3 of the framework agreement will be used to procure expertise and services for clients selected for the Innovation Broker, whose procurement is aimed at procurement related to the real estate and construction sectors. Expert services are related to the planning and preparation of competitive tendering.
