Delivery of a brand new wheel loader - a brand new wheel loader, not older than 2019 (WASTE type) - as described in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order.

• the offered charger or any of its components cannot be a prototype, it should come from series production;

• diesel engine with a capacity of 6.6 to 7.2 liters, six-cylinder, turbocharged, liquid-cooled, power of at least 190 horsepower according to ISO14396, meeting current emission standards required by law in force in Poland and the European Union, cold start support ;

• operating weight of the wheel loader in the construction version with a construction bucket on L3 tires not less than 18 500 kg;

• solid, super flexible tires approved for installation in the machine proposed by the loader manufacturer, tires intended for work in extremely difficult conditions such as landfills or municipal waste sorting plants, tires equipped with 2 rows of shock absorbing holes (Magna MA601 or equivalent) in a minimum size of 23, 5R25, reusable ring rims;

• high dump bucket, minimum working capacity 4.5 m 3 , with the possibility of loading vehicles with a height of over 4,000 mm, while the use of a bucket with this capacity must not cause a disturbance to the stability of the machine (tipping forces) when loading, moving and pricking materials with a density of up to 1 ton / m 3 , double-sided bucket blade, replaceable, bolted, high discharge cylinders located at the outer edges of the bucket; other conditions have been described in detail in the ToR.
