2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023

up to 362 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%) of 4,512.30 MWh, of which:

1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the contract) – 3 500,44 MWh – the detailed list of PPE is

Annex 1a to the SWZ

2) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 2 of the contract) – 1 011.86 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b of the SWZ.

Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 198 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 3 500.44 MWh, of which:

Zone I 1 624,50 MWh

Zone II 1 660,84 MWh

Strefa III 215,10 MWh

The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, details of delivery dates for individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period of 1 011,86 MWh, of which:

Zone I 270.51 MWh

Zone II 741.35 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire with effect on the date preceding the scheduled start date of supply (the “Supply Period” column).

6. For all PPE, the change of the seller will take place once again.
