This contract concerns the implementation and operation of regular and school passenger road transport lines within the meaning of the Transport Code on the territory of the agglomeration community of Provence Verte. The services are divided into 4 lots that will be the subject of separate contracts. The market has no slice or phase.
This Open Call for Tenders procedure is subject to the provisions of articles R.2124-1, L.2124-2 and R.2161.2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
This consultation will be carried out in application of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
It is a framework agreement with single tendered purchase orders without remission, with minimum amount and maximum annual amount
