Collection and marketing / recycling of waste paper in the Amberg-Sulzbach districtThe district of Amberg-Sulzbach operates a comprehensive system for collecting waste paper in its district area in order to fulfill its statutory disposal tasks. The collection of waste paper in the district of Amberg-Sulzbach takes place via the collection in the collection system as well as a municipal bring system (recycling centers).
In fulfillment of its statutory disposal task, the Amberg-Sulzbach district intends to collect and recycle / market the waste paper collected in the district, including the sales packaging of the dual systems, by way of an EU-wide public tender on September 1, 2021 for initially until August 31, 2025 reassigned.
The subject of this tender are the following services:
Lot 1
- Collection, transport and weighing of the quantities of waste paper in the collection system (in 2019: approx. 5 870 Mg / a),
- Emptying of the 120 l, 240 l, 770 l and 1 100 l MGBs.
The provision of a branch / depot within a maximum radius of 30 km (rounded to full km) around the Amberg-Sulzbach District Office (Schloßgraben 3, 92224 Amberg) to ensure the disposal service is part of all 3 professionals.
The offers should be submitted for one or more professionals. Each bidder's offer must relate to the execution of a complete specified lot.
This tender does not include:
- Subsequent delivery of collection containers for the collection system,
- container change service,
- Provision and delivery of waste paper sacks.
The specified quantities can change in the following years. It is pointed out that the stated quantities are non-binding, that no sales guarantee can be derived from them and that changes in the quantities, subject to special regulations in the tender documents (see e.g. Section 3.4 of the service description), do not lead to any changes in prices.
The tender is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV) and the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB).
