With the tender, the basic services for object planning of buildings in accordance with § 34 HOAI for service phases 1 to 4 (optional LP 5-9) are awarded.

The city of Leipzig intends to comprehensively renovate the existing building at the school location Andromedaweg 25 and expand it into a 3-stream special school with FSP Intellectual Development with a new building based on the specified space program.

A feasibility study dated 23.01.2023 is attached to the tender documents. The costs of KG 200 – 700 (without KG 600) of the preferred variant amount to EUR 23.6 million gross.

The schedule provides for a start of construction on 06/2027 and a start of use on 12/2029.

With this publication, interested planning offices are asked to apply for the execution of the services for the object planning of buildings in accordance with § 34 HOAI.
