4) additional order - mechanical and manual snow removal of roadways, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays with simultaneous sprinkling - bridges,
5) additional order - mechanical and manual snow removal of roadways, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays with simultaneous sprinkling,
6) additional order - intervention mechanical and manual snow removal of the roadway with simultaneous sprinkling,
7) various services – transport of pollution, snow and ice to a landfill or other place indicated by the Ordering Party.

1. Object of the contract:
1) mechanical and manual snow removal of roadways, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays with simultaneous sprinkling,
2) sprinkling roads, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays with salt,
3) mechanical and manual snow removal of roadways, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays,
4) additional order - mechanical and manual snow removal of roadways, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays with simultaneous sprinkling - bridges,
5) additional order - mechanical and manual snow removal of roadways, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays with simultaneous sprinkling,
6) additional order - intervention mechanical and manual snow removal of the roadway with simultaneous sprinkling,
7) various services – transport of pollution, snow and ice to a landfill or other place indicated by the Ordering Party.

2. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL Act, the contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance, in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended) consisting in servicing the equipment required to perform works related to winter maintenance of the roadway, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays in the city of Piła.
3. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement on the basis of an employment relationship are specified in the Draft Contract (Annex 3 to the SWZ).
4. It is envisaged to award contracts for similar services or works to the existing Contractor pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act, including:
1) 4-fold additional mechanical and manual snow removal of roadways, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays with simultaneous sprinkling,
2) 4 times additional sprinkling of roadways, parking bays, parking lots and bus bays with salt.
5. The Contracting Party does not require the submission of the means of evidence in question.
