The purpose of this call for tenders is to provide the European Commission and the other institutions, bodies and agencies of the European Union with framework contracts covering learning and development services for staff covered by the Staff Regulations and external staff, in the field of 5 lots.

The services to be provided must include at least:

— developing and delivering face to face courses and events for groups,

— developing other learning activities/formats,

— accompanying groups along learning actions and running communities of practice,

— providing individual or group support, tutoring and coaching,

— producing learning material,

— selecting/assembling existing learning resources,

— providing consultancy in the learning and development field.
