The services of the contractor (AN) include the technical planning of the technical equipment of the equipment groups 1-3 u. 7-8 acc. Part 4 Section 2 HOAI 2013, for the new State Investigation Office, Lph. 5 to 9 acc. § 34 HOAI 2013,
Complemented by special services, in particular
- building inventory documentation in accordance with section H of the Federal Construction Contracting Guidelines (RBBau),
- Creation of the technical part of a room book, as a contribution to the room book created by the object planner building and updating of the technical part of the room book up to the inventory book,
- User new procurement / relocation planning (devices) by preparing floor plans and display of wall developments including connection planning of supply and disposal connections,
- Creation of maintenance contracts and work cards for maintenance acc. AMEV guidelines
- compilation of the requirements from certification systems (BNB),
- Participation in the framework of a targeted certification according to BNB.
Based on the documents handed over from the previous implementation planning, the contractor prepares the documents of the AFU-Bau (lLph. 5) and submits them to the client for inspection and approval. Based on the AFU-Bau, the contractor will prepare the components procurement preparation (Lph.6) with the service specifications and the quantity determination.
In the context of the participation in the awarding (Lph. 7), he supports the AG in the examination and evaluation of the offers from Leistungsbeschhreibung with Leistungsverzeichnisssen, including. Some ancillary offers, by creating special amounts. In addition, it examines and recognizes the required assembly and workshop plans of the contracting companies for compliance with the execution planning and monitors the performance of the contractors in the execution of the construction work (Lph. 8). Within the framework of the object support (Lph. 9), the contractor is responsible for the technical evaluation of the defects identified within the limitation periods for warranty claims, including necessary objections, the obligation to inspect the object before expiry of the limitation periods for claims for defects against the executing companies and the Participation in the provision of securities.
It is intended to coordinate the data exchange and the communication of all project participants via an Internet-based virtual project space (VPR).
A tribe of processors has to be present at the site of the construction work in time and for so long during the entire construction phase that a speedy construction process is guaranteed. For this purpose, the contractor is obliged to occupy an office according to the specifications of the client at the construction site until the transfer / billing of the building or the construction facilities. The rooms are provided to the AN by the AG.
