Volkshuisvesting Arnhem and the Municipality of Arnhem wants to conclude an agreement with one contractor as a 'construction team contractor' for the New Community Centre with 12 apartments and Gym accommodation on the Zwanenbloemlaan in Arnhem.

Construction team phase; VO elaboration to DO and then up to and including a UO; - October 2023 - February 2024: Construction preparation; - February 2024 - May 2024: Realisation of new construction; - June 2024: Fully operational and operational delivery; - June 2025: Opening / Commissioning.
