The SEED consortium of District/Borough Councils (Ards, Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon, Down and Newry & Mourne) have been working together across the South East region, over a number of decades to deliver a wide variety of Economic Development and Business Support Initiatives.

Acting as Lead Council on behalf of SEED, Newry & Mourne District Council is now seeking relevant organisations to apply for and complete a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the appointment of Consultants to undertake delivery of a ‘Renewable Energy & Marine Technologies Development Programme‘ across the South East region.

The proposed Programme will run from September 2012 through to March 2015 and the appointed consultants will be expected to work in close partnership with SEED and Invest Northern Ireland.

To deliver this programme an approximate budget up-to a ceiling value of 320 000 GBP is available.
