Provision of technical assistance based in Balma (31) with potential travel to the South-West and Centre of the France for a start-up in early September 2023 and a shutdown at the end of 2025.

As part of the management of its real estate portfolio, the SHEM wishes to renovate some of these industrial buildings and workers' housing.

The renovation covers:

improving the energy performance of buildings,

improving the functionality of buildings (in particular with the development of areas, storage of spare parts by factory group, and/or the development of reception rooms for external visitors),

Asbestos depollution or encapsulation of certain critical areas,

Exceptional maintenance needs,

Improving the aesthetic appearance of buildings.

The following missions will be carried out during the service:

- Verification of the census of industrial and rental buildings

- Analyze the results of the energy audit and issue work recommendations

- Propose a method of prioritization of needs

- Propose in a reasoned and quantified way a program of renovation of our buildings

- In connection with our purchasing department, establish the consultation documents of the companies for the implementation of the renovation program: Architect, Project Manager, companies as needed.

- Ensure the follow-up of progress of works, situations and other documents

- Proceed to the receptions of the works on site and contractual receptions in connection with our purchasing department

- Update plans in connection with our design office
