The subject of this procedure is the awarding of the contract for the painting work for construction phases 1 and 2.

The painting work advertised here is divided into the two construction phases as follows:

1.BA scope of services approx. 3/4 of the services listed here,

2.BA scope of services approx. 1/4 of the services listed here.

After completion of the 1.BA, some of the users will move from the 2.BA to the 1.BA. A break of approx. 5 months is to be expected between completion in the 1.BA and restart in the 2.BA, an exact period cannot be specified. The bidder will 2.BA 4 calendar weeks before the start of the work in the

informed in writing, the bidder is then obliged to start the work on the specified date.
