The contract concerns the collection of mixed waste covered by the municipalities' waste management responsibility as backloading work in Salpakierto Oy's operating area (Artjärvi, Kärkölä and sparsely populated areas of Heinola) in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The contract includes the collection, loading, transport and delivery of waste to reception points specified by the customer. Unit prices do not include waste treatment fees as the fee is not charged to the contractor.

The items set out in this invitation to tender and its annexes are the requirements of the order under which the contractor undertakes to execute the order by submitting the tender. The winning contractor is obliged to accept the content of the service contract as such.

The offer is binding and should be made in the Finnish language.
