It is a prefabricated structure anchored without the use of surface foundations, having a temporary character, necessary to meet the demand for additional spaces resulting from an unpredictable increase in enrollment due to the lack of absorption of school users by other neighboring school complexes.
The total amount of the contract concerning the supply of a prefabricated structure, including all the costs of transport, unloading, assembly, preparation and dismantling of scaffolding, the preparation of the executive documents, in addition to the drafting and delivery of all certifications and declarations, for taking charge of the structure, is established at € 563,905.00 excluding VAT, of which € 4,125.00 for security charges.

Drafting of electrical, thermal (including L.10/1991) and IRAI and photovoltaic systems.
Drafting of the structural project of the structure in elevation including presentation of the practice to the Civil Engineers and static testing.
Drafting of energy performance certificate (APE).
Report and Noise Impact Assessment.
Production of documents and documents for practice Thermal Account (GSE)
Drafting and signing of any fire prevention practice
The inspection at the Institute of Higher Education "Sassetti - Peruzzi" in Florence is mandatory, taking into account that it is necessary that the offers are formulated, pursuant to art. 79, paragraph 2 of the Code, only after a visit to the places. Failure to carry out the inspection is cause for exclusion from the tender procedure.
