Telematic open procedure aimed at the selection of private shareholders for the establishment of a new company with mixed public-private participation pursuant to art. 17 Legislative Decree no. 175/2016 with simultaneous entrustment to the same of the realization, development, management of the PRoTECH-II project funded by the PNRR under Mission 4 "Education and research" - Component 2 "From research to business" - Investment 3.1 "Fund for the construction of an integrated system of research and innovation infrastructures", and infrastructure services.

This is a double object tender for the identification of a private partner of a company with mixed public-private participation with a public participation share equal to 51% and a majority share of the private sector equal to 49%, which concerns the construction and management of the Technological Innovation Infrastructure contemplated by the PROTECH-II Project.
