1. The subject of the order is:
1.1. Providing maintenance and development services for the production SEOD System implemented in organizational units of the National Labor Inspectorate. The list of equipment owned by the Ordering Party is included in Annex 3c to the swz.
1.2. Delivery of new equipment necessary for the functioning of the SEOD system with a warranty period of 36 months, hereinafter referred to as Equipment.
1.3. Delivery to PIP organizational units of 85 pcs. new scanners with their launch in the SEOD System with a warranty period of 36 months.
1.4. Installation and configuration of the supplied Equipment referred to in point 1.2, data migration and launch of the SEOD System, transfer of post-implementation technical documentation.

2. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 3 to the GSM, with the "Detailed description of the subject of the contract for the provision of equipment warranty" Annex 3a to the GSW, with the "Level of SEOD System maintenance services, Annex 3 b to the GSW, with the "Distribution regarding the location and number of scanners" (Annex 3d to the GSW) and under the conditions specified in the "Model contract" constituting Annex 9 to the GSW.
