The subject of the contract entitled "Construction of transshipment capacity of the seaport in Świnoujście to handle the needs of offshore wind energy" is the extension of the existing Quays No. 1 and No. 2 along with rob. dredging (technical depth -10.5 m) - Section I and bud. sheet piling wall with anchorage for the future Quay No. 3 with rob. inlet (technical depth -12.5 m) and landing part II. reservoir pom. a tight wall and the existing quay No. 3 – Section II and obtaining an occupancy permit. as part of the investment entitled: "Construction of transshipment capacity of the seaport in Świnoujście to handle the needs of the seaport. wind energy" in accordance with the submitted project documentation. The occupancy permit (partial) must be obtained separately for each stage. tasks, i.e. for Episode I and for Episode II. The project consists in the construction of the Installation Terminal in Świ for the service of Offshore Wind Farms (OWF) and other oversized, spatial, heavy or unit cargo.

The subject of the contract entitled "Construction of transhipment capacity of the seaport in Świnoujście to service the needs of offshore wind energy" is the extension of the existing Quays No. 1 and No. 2 along with dredging works (technical depth -10.5 m) - Section I and construction of a tight wall with anchorage for the future Quay No. 3 along with dredging works (technical depth -12.5 m) and landing of part of the basin between the tight wall and the existing quay No. 3 - Section II and obtaining an occupancy permit

as part of the investment entitled: "Construction of transshipment capacity of the seaport in Świnoujście to handle the needs of offshore wind energy" in accordance with the submitted project documentation. The (partial) occupancy permit must be obtained separately for each stage of the task, i.e. for Section I and Section II.

The project consists in the construction of the Installation Terminal in Świnoujście for the service of Offshore Wind Farms (OWF) and other oversized cargoes. The planned terminal will be designed mainly for the transshipment, storage and pre-assembly of offshore wind turbine components and servicing of wind turbines in operation, especially during the construction of offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea, as well as for the handling and storage of other oversized, spatial, heavy or unit cargo.

Pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts consisting in the repetition of similar construction works in the scope of:

a) construction and construction works, including earthworks with activities

And accompanying works,

(b) road works,

c) hydrotechnical works,

(d) dredging works,

e) works in the field of electrical and power networks, installations and equipment,

f) works in the field of heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage networks, installations and equipment,

g) works in the field of telecommunications networks, installations and equipment,

representing not more than 30% of the value of the basic contract.

These orders will be implemented depending on the needs and financial resources that the Employer will have.

Conditions for the award of similar contracts for each of the above scopes:

Similar contracts will be awarded in the form of a single-source contract, after prior negotiations with the Contractor, in particular with regard to the terms of the contract, including price, deadline for performance, warranty period.
